Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns on Used Items:
We do not accept returns for non-faulty items that have been used or have had tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to thoroughly check goods upon delivery before removing any attached tags. -
Sale Items:
There is no return or exchange on sale items. -
Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns or exchanges if the customer has simply changed their mind. However, if the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Damaged Goods:
- If the goods are not of acceptable quality, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- It is your responsibility to check the goods on arrival before signing for them. If there is any damage, please bring it to the attention of the courier company at the time of delivery and take a photo if possible.
- If your order arrives damaged, please call us within 3 days at 027-788-8986 or send an email to: annieleilei8@gmail.com so we can address the issue with the courier company.
Faulty or Defective Goods:
- If your ordered item is found to be faulty or defective, please see the warranties information provided above.
- We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act for faulty or defective goods.
- Proof of purchase is generally required, but we may waive this requirement if we can confirm through our systems that we sold you the product(s).
