Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. We kindly ask customers to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order.
Returns and exchanges are only available for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
2. Used or Sale Items
We do not accept returns for non-faulty items that have been used or where tags have been removed.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue.
We recommend reporting courier-related damage or missing items within 3 days of delivery to assist with investigation and claims.
4. Faulty or Defective Goods
If an item is found to be faulty or defective, we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Proof of purchase may be required, however this may be waived if the purchase can be verified in our system.
5. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
