Shipping Policy
1. Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available from our physical store in Auckland, New Zealand.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
2. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across New Zealand, including both North Island and South Island locations.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery address, parcel weight, and dimensions.
The final shipping fee is determined by the greater of volumetric weight or actual weight, in line with courier pricing standards.
Additional charges may apply for residential, rural, or remote areas where courier surcharges are incurred.
All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
5. Delivery Time
- North Island: 2–5 business days
- South Island: 3–8 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, and peak periods.
6. Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier service provider.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks or external factors.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
For courier-related issues, we recommend reporting within 3 days of delivery to help us process claims efficiently.
This does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
