Warranty
ONE-year warranty on all bicycles Beyond the one-year period, customers will be responsible for any costs related to parts and labor for repairs. Some products may need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection and potential repair. The warranty may be voided if the product is damaged, misused, or improperly packaged or stored. All warranty repairs must be conducted at our store. The warranty is valid only for the original owner of the bicycle and is not transferable to future owners.

Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges Policy Returns on Used Items:We do not accept returns for non-faulty items that have been used or have had tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to thoroughly check goods upon delivery before removing any attached tags. Sale Items:There is no return or exchange on sale items. Change of Mind:We do not accept returns or exchanges if the customer has simply changed their mind. However, if the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Damaged Goods: If the goods are not of acceptable quality, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. It is your responsibility to check the goods on arrival before signing for them.
