How to Rent

We believe in a hassle-free rental experience. Each bike rental includes everything you need for a great ride:
●A professionally fitted helmet (mandatory in NZ).
●A sturdy bike lock for security.
●A tool kit for basic repairs.
●Water bottle holders are fitted on most bikes.

●Payment & ID: A rental fee and a refundable deposit are payable before hire. Legal identification (such as a valid NZ Driver's Licence or Passport) is required for all rentals. (We will take a photocopy of these documents.)
●Booking: While we have a large fleet, we recommend booking in advance by sending us an email using the rentals contact form further down this page, especially for groups of 8 or more, or during peak seasons (December-February) to ensure availability. Or you can call our shop on (+64) 028 473 6109 in advance.
●Damage & Loss: The hirer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the rental period. This may include repair or replacement costs.
●Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional charges. Please ensure you return the bike by the agreed-upon time.
●Cleaning Fee: Very dirty bikes may incur an additional cleaning fee.
●Insurance: Optional accidental damage insurance is available upon request to cover unforeseen damage. Please ask our staff for details.

1.Enquire & Book: Book online or contact us via phone, email, or visit our store to confirm bike availability and reserve your preferred rental.
2.Pick Up: On your rental day, bring your ID and make payment or you can book and pay online . Our team will perform a final check and fit you to the bike.
3.Enjoy Your Ride: Explore New Zealand's beautiful cycle paths and trails.
4.Drop Off: Return the bike and included accessories by the agreed-upon time to our store. We will then process your refundable deposit.
